I redesigned the Outreach Center website to improve accessibility and usability for individuals seeking assistance and volunteer opportunities. The original site had confusing navigation, lacked mobile optimization and bilingual content, and offered limited reassurance through visuals, making it difficult for users to find help quickly. My design goals were to create a clear “Get Help” section, ensure mobile-friendly and bilingual accessibility, simplify volunteer and donation sign-up, and use visuals that emphasize dignity and community support. I used Figma for wireframes and interactive prototypes and Adobe Illustrator for creating high-quality icons and visual assets.
